All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation message or email with tracking details.

We currently ship across India.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before completing your purchase.

From time to time, free shipping promotions may be available on selected products or orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information via email or SMS so you can monitor your shipment in real time.

If you do not receive tracking details within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact us.

Incorrect Address

Furlords will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue.
