Return & Refund Policy – Furlords

At Furlords, we care about your pets and always aim to provide the best quality products. Due to the nature of pet products, most items are non-returnable. However, if you face any issue with your order, we are here to help.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately after delivery.

If your item is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect item received

Please contact us within 3 days of delivery at:

Kindly include:

  • Your Order Number

  • Photos or videos clearly showing the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

Once we review your request, our team will try to resolve the issue in the best possible way, which may include a replacement, partial refund, or other suitable solution.

Requests made after 3 days of delivery may not be eligible for support.

Non-Returnable Items

Since many of our products fall under hygiene and pet care categories, returns are not accepted for:

  • Pet food and consumables

  • Opened or used products

  • Personalized or custom products

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If your order has an issue, please contact us and we will assist you with the best available resolution.

Refunds

If a refund is approved after inspection:

  • The refund will be processed to your original payment method.

  • It may take 7–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
